If you’re completely new to our practice, then you’ve come to the right place! On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know before scheduling your first appointment. If you have any questions after reading through everything, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
When you step through our doors, you’ ll first be greeted by our friendly front desk team, and they’ll help you quickly get registered. From there, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room, and you’ll get to meet your dentist. You’ll have some time to talk about your dental goals and any pressing concerns you might have, and then your doctor will formulate a plan to meet those goals. After discussing your treatment and financial options, you can actually begin treatment immediately if time allows.
If you have dental insurance, we will be more than happy to accept your plan. We are in-network with all PPOs, and when you use your insurance with us, we’ll make it as easy as possible to get the most out of your benefits. We’ll file the claim, handle the paperwork, and do everything we can to maximize your coverage. To learn how we can use your particular plan, please contact us today.
Are you a member of CHIP, Liberty, Dental Quest, MCNA? We proudly serve patients with these Medicaid plans here at Canyon Creek Family Dentistry of Richardson. Call us today to schedule your appointment.
